- How do I trade with you guys in Runscape?

- Will my account get banned if I buy gold from RS2Mine.com?

- Does RS2Mine support price matching?
- Sorry, we don't support price matching. Our price depends on the demand and supply in this market. We have been attempting to lower our price once and again to keep a competitive edge. If you find that our price is outrageous at this point, you may like to check back later.

- Why do I have to enter my credit card number when paying via Paypal?
- The buyer would be asked to enter the credit card number initially if it is not a confirmed shipping addressproviding to complete the transaction. It actually could be a number of reasons Paypal will need to look at the buyer account or payment attempt to verify the reason. You may contact Paypal and they will be more than happy to explain this in detail for you.
- Do you accept debit cards?
- If the debit or checking card has a holographic logo on it, they are generally accepted. If the card is not a Visa or MasterCard, it may not be accepted.
- How do I pay with my credit card without using PayPal?
- We do offer the option to pay using a credit card outside of PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to PayPal you will be presented with an option to pay with your PayPal account or an independent credit card. The option to use a credit card is available.
- My credit card is billed. I got charged! I paid! I even got doubled billed! But I have yet to receive my gold! Are you scamming me?
- First things first, we're decent business persons running an honest business operation. We do not scam, dupe, nor pyramidal scheme anyone. - I have been waiting in game for more than 5 minutes but still no agent arrives?
- If you do not see our agents at your requested time, first, make sure that you are now in International District 1 and near Storage; meanwhile, you may go to the Order Search page on our website to check your order status. Also, always feel free to contact us through Live Chat Support (click on the girl with long black hair on the right hand side of our webpage). Please note that we do not handle customer enquiry through email for security reason.
- Why do you guys refund my Gold order without my permission?
- We manually refund out-of-stock order that could not be filled within 20 days if the order was paid through PayPal or Google Checkout.

- Where can I find the Confirmation Code?

- Why didn't I get an automated phone verification call?

( You may not need to go through the verification call if the following screen do not appear which means your order would have gone through without any problem )
